Double your pleasure, Double your fun...

"Foreva eva eva eva..." Ha! This song gets stuck in my head if I hear it, but really the title of this post is about one of my oldest and dearest friends, Lia, who is pregnant with twin girls, Rylee and Reese. Lia and Jarrod's journey to becoming parents has been a true testimony of faith, hope, and perseverance. This past weekend we celebrated with her by throwing a friends and family shower in her honor. Below are pictures of the hostesses and then a shot of our high school girl friends.
Then, tonight I went to another party for her given by and for church friends. At this shower, I gave her dresses that I made for her girls. Here is a picture of one of them.
Neither Addison nor I can wait for Reese and Rylee to get here, but we will let them hang in there until October. :) I'm so excited for Addison to get to grow up with some of my girls' girls! I am so thankful for Lia and her blessings. God is good.

I'm just wondering if yall can transfer some girls down here. We now have 8 boys in our nursery all 1 and under... Isn't that crazy! The only girl is 2 and they will be moving in June.
Love the dress, I'm sure she did too!!
Hope you're school year started off good!

That dress you made is so cute! And I LOVE the dress you have on, too - with the scarf! I am always afraid I'll look stupid doing the scarf thing (or pashmina, whatever you call it). You look great.

Hooray for Lia! I'm always inspired how good your friends are to each other--you all have some definite true blue-ness going on, which is so priceless.

(PS: You look great in that color!)
